Hello, I'm Wendy.
I'm Wendy Spriegel, a birth and postpartum doula serving New Braunfels and families within about 35 miles. Haven is my solo practice, which means the person you meet at your consultation is the same person beside you in labor, and in your living room in those first tender weeks at home.
My training follows the DONA International approach, and my care is built around continuity: an initial meeting, two prenatal appointments, steady presence at your birth, and a postpartum visit once your baby is home. Whatever shape your birth takes, in any hospital, birth center, or home, my role is to stay calm, informed, and fully present.
